Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of GateWorks Cathedral Fencing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services

GateWorks Cathedral Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Cathedral City, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing.

All service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing based on material cost changes or unforeseen site conditions discovered during installation.

Estimates and Payment

We provide free estimates for all fence projects. Estimates are based on site visits and measurements taken by our team. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances such as underground utilities, soil conditions, or property line disputes.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your agreement.

Permits and Approvals

While we assist with permit applications and HOA approvals, the property owner is ultimately responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. We will work with you to navigate local regulations, but delays caused by permit or approval processes are outside our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that property lines are clearly marked and that you have the legal right to install a fence at the proposed location. We are not responsible for boundary disputes or encroachment issues.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects for a period of one year from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, accidents, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product. We will provide you with all relevant warranty information for materials used in your project.

Limitation of Liability

GateWorks Cathedral Fencing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for those services.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure unless you provide us with accurate utility markings before work begins. We recommend contacting your local utility marking service before installation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit if materials have already been ordered or work has been scheduled.
